£17,550 - £29,250 dependent on skills
37 ½ hours (Over 6 days on a rota) Plus Benefits

Having seen significant growth in our medical practice, we remain committed to revolutionising the concept of anti-ageing in the UK by offering only the highest quality, reputable and evidence-based medical treatments and minor surgical procedures. Therefore, to support our patients and their healthcare treatments, we are looking for an exceptional Medical Receptionist to join us.

Our treatments are accredited by the British College of Aesthetic Medicine, Save Face and the General Medical Council and governed by the Care Quality Commission and so the successful candidate will be experienced in working to strict standards and following mandatory documentation processes and procedures whilst providing outstanding private patient care. This is a highly confidential role, and all applicants will need to be CRB checked and will sign a strict non-disclosure confidentiality contract.

As well as dealing with our patients' journey whilst with us, this key role will also be responsible for effective use of our patient clinic software systems to support the services and appointments we provide and will proactively act as an ambassador for our business and our administration standards.

We work over 6 days per week and up to 8pm over two weekdays and a Saturday.
